Frankenstein of a Man is an American side-project inspired by post-rock, space-rock, noise, ambient, death metal, atmospheric black metal, shamanism, natural history, the planet, biology, museums, meditation, and H.P. Lovecraft.

It is hard to pin the genre down so it can be called Grotto Post-Rock, the evil post-rock of the abyss and underwater grottoes.
